for pk70 Players

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pk70", "we", "us", "our" refers to the pk70 platform, its operators, owners and authorised representatives.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the pk70 platform or accesses any pk70 service.
• "Platform" means the pk70 website accessible at pk70.io and any associated mobile applications or interfaces.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a player upon successful registration on the platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a player's pk70 account at any given time, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credits, free bet credits or bonus funds credited to a player's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn as cash.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency of Bangladesh, denoted by the symbol ৳.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process pk70 uses to confirm player identity, age and payment method ownership.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction applied to a player's account that prevents access to gaming features for a defined period.

To register and maintain an active account on pk70, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the period your account remains active.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership or any other legal entity).
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful personal information during the registration process and update that information promptly if it changes.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, director or officer of pk70 or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of pk70 is lawful in your location.
• You must not have previously had a pk70 account closed for terms violations, fraud or abuse.

Registration constitutes a formal declaration by you that you meet all eligibility criteria above. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance and referral to relevant authorities.

Single Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold one and only one active account on pk70. If pk70 identifies that a player holds or has held more than one account, we reserve the right to close all duplicate accounts, merge balances at our discretion, void any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts, and review any winnings generated through those accounts.

Account Security: You are entirely responsible for the security of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You must not allow any other person to access your account or place bets on your behalf. pk70 will never contact you to request your password by any means. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must notify pk70 support immediately via live chat.

KYC Verification: pk70 operates a comprehensive KYC programme to protect players and prevent fraud. You may be required to submit identity documents (national ID, passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at registration or at any time thereafter. Account withdrawals may be suspended until KYC verification is complete. We process all submitted documents with strict confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Account Dormancy: An account that has not been logged into for a period of 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. pk70 will attempt to contact the account holder before applying a monthly administrative fee of ৳200 to a dormant account. Once a balance reaches zero, the dormant account may be closed. Players can reactivate their account by contacting support.

Supported Payment Methods: pk70 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank are also supported for larger transactions. Payment method availability may change over time; current options are always displayed in your account deposit section.

Deposit Limits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no platform-imposed maximum single deposit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmed receipt from the payment provider.

Withdrawal Processing: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. pk70 targets a processing time of 15 minutes for all mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) from fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. pk70 charges no platform fees on withdrawals; third-party payment provider fees, if any, are the player's responsibility.

Withdrawal Conditions: Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account KYC verification must be complete and approved.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements on your account must be fully satisfied.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method previously used to deposit to your account, or a payment method verified as belonging to you during KYC.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your real-money balance (bonus balance is not withdrawable until wagering requirements are met).

pk70 offers a range of bonuses, promotions and rewards to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is communicated, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out below.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual offer page.
• Bonus Validity: Bonuses expire if not used within the validity period stated on the offer. Expired bonuses are removed from a player's account automatically without replacement.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless a promotion explicitly permits combining offers, only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous one is active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games, sports bets and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%). The contribution rate for each game category is displayed in your account bonus section.
• Maximum Bet During Wagering: While a bonus wagering requirement is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or stake is ৳2,000 unless the offer states otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit during an active wagering requirement may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Bonus Abuse: pk70 reserves the right to withhold, forfeit or reverse any bonus and associated winnings if we determine that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including through low-risk hedging strategies, betting on multiple outcomes to guarantee completion of wagering requirements, or exploiting software errors.

pk70 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered by players at the time of the change.

Bet Acceptance: All sports bets placed on pk70 are subject to acceptance by pk70. A bet is considered accepted only once you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. pk70 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion.

Bet Settlement: Bets are settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant sports governing body. For cricket matches, the primary result source is the International Cricket Council (ICC) or the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) for domestic BPL and Tigers fixtures. pk70 uses secondary data providers where official sources are unavailable.

Void Bets: A bet may be voided and the stake returned in circumstances including: match abandonment before the required play has been completed; obvious pricing errors on pk70's part; events where a result cannot be officially confirmed; or where pk70 determines the bet was placed in connection with fraudulent activity.

In-Play Betting: In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events. Market availability, odds and bet acceptance during live play are subject to rapid change. Bets placed on in-play markets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of placement confirmation; subsequent odds changes do not affect accepted bets.

Game Providers: Casino games on pk70 are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and Ezugi. Each game operates under the rules defined by its respective provider. These rules are accessible within the game interface via the information or help section.

Random Number Generation: All slot and RNG (Random Number Generator) table games use certified RNG technology to determine outcomes. Each game result is independent of previous results. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are as certified by the game provider and displayed within the game help section.

Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games streamed by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi are subject to the game rules visible within the live game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live dealer game, pk70 will apply the outcome as it occurred at the point the connection was lost where the result can be confirmed. If no result can be confirmed, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.

Malfunctions: In the event of a software malfunction, game error or technical fault that affects the outcome of a game, pk70 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to players. All decisions by pk70 regarding malfunctions are final.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, displayed within the game interface prior to play. Players are responsible for reviewing these limits before placing wagers.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk70 platform and constitutes a material breach of these terms:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to place bets, exploit game mechanics or interact with the platform in any non-human manner.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games or any other multiplayer format.
• Arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit discrepancies in pk70's odds to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Exploitation of software errors, pricing errors, game bugs or technical glitches for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of an error will be voided.
• Providing false, misleading or fabricated identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Use of stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods to fund a pk70 account.
• Any form of money laundering, transaction structuring, or use of pk70 to facilitate financial crime.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once.

pk70 employs real-time transaction monitoring, gameplay analysis and fraud detection systems. Where prohibited conduct is identified, pk70 reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, void all related bets and bonuses, withhold and recover any winnings obtained through prohibited means, and permanently close the account without further notice.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on deposits. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced without a cooling-off period. Increases to deposit limits require a 7-day cooling-off period.

All content on the pk70 platform — including but not limited to the pk70 name, logo, website design, graphical elements, text content, software code, game interfaces, and marketing materials — is the intellectual property of pk70 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pk70 platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any pk70 content without our prior written consent.

Game content provided by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi and others) remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used under licence. All rights reserved.

The pk70 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain continuous platform availability and accurate odds and game data, pk70 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults or data errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk70's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk70 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Gambling involves financial risk. pk70 is not liable for financial losses incurred through gambling on the platform. Players are solely responsible for their own gambling decisions.

Closure by the Player: You may request closure of your pk70 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Upon account closure request, any real-money balance remaining in the account (less any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within five business days.

Closure by pk70: pk70 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; provision of false registration information; suspected fraudulent or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; or at pk70's absolute discretion where continued operation of the account is deemed contrary to our obligations or policies.

Effect of Closure: Upon account closure, access to the platform is immediately revoked. Any pending bets at the time of closure for cause may be voided. Balances subject to active investigations may be withheld pending resolution. These terms survive account closure to the extent necessary to give effect to pk70's rights and obligations.

pk70 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the pk70 platform after the effective date of any revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure before the effective date.

The current version number and effective date are displayed at the top of this document. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically to remain informed of the terms governing your use of pk70.

We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 10 business days.

Dispute Resolution: In the event that a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through our internal process, you may seek independent advice from a consumer dispute resolution body operating in your jurisdiction. pk70 is committed to fair and transparent resolution of all player disputes.
